Everyday Magic

Almost two years since my last post here.

That feels like a lifetime ago.

And in a lot of ways it is.

My spiritual journey has evolved and grown and fundamentally changed who I am as a person.

Or maybe it is more of a returning to and a remembering of who and what I really am.

The most recent fork in the road was precipitated by a bike accident in 2015 that shifted my focus from things that I believed to be inviolate.

But like all traumatic events, when your roots are ripped from the ground, there were seeds that spilled.  Kernels holding promises of radical growth and transformation.

I'm not sure if this will be the place I return to document this journey, or if a new space will be created.

Jumping back here was a default to a time where writing was such a huge part of my creativity and release.  So it feels safe in some ways, but in other, I'm moving into unchartered territory.

But here I am. Looking to find a way to share how I have developed a practice of gratitude. aka #GratitudeNotes that began within days of the crash.

A practice of seeking and honoring all the daily blessings, no matter how small. And the ways I seek and explore the every day magic of co-creating with Spirit through that state of gratitude.

Bright blessings.
