I'm getting better and better at this as I rack up more trips around the sun.
Choices are made more for my future best self, instead of what others might think OF me or think they need FROM me.
With the realization that I probably have fewer days ahead of me than I have behind me, choosing to live my best possible life is no longer negotiable.
